Micro RNAs(mi RNAs) are a class of small22 nucleotides noncoding RNAs that regulate the expression of genes based on the transcription of m RNA and the negative control of stability. mi RNAs are abundant in the brain, where they play key roles in neuron growth and development and in regulation of neural function. Neurotransmission begins with the release of neurotransmitters from synaptic vesicles. Synaptic vesicles endure the dynamic "releaserecycle" process to maintain the function and structure of presynaptic terminal. Advancing research has found that mi RNA plays an significant role in neural synapsing. This review focuses on mi RNAs in regulating synaptic vesicle recycling.
