摘要
目的:比较Sysmex XE-5000、Sysmex XN-2000 i及手工法在体液白细胞计数与分类计数中的应用效果。方法:收集67例临床患者脑脊液、胸腹腔积液标本,分别使用Sysmex XN-2000i全自动血球分析仪体液模式(半导体激光的流式技术-仪器法)、Sysmex XE-5000(仪器法)和显微镜人工计数法(手工法)三种方法进行白细胞计数与分类计数,对三种方法的结果进行比较。结果:Sysmex XE-5000与手工法、Sysmex XN-2000i与手工法、Sysmex XE-5000与Sysmex XN-2000i细胞计数的相关系数R分别为0.9396、0.9660及0.9730;细胞分类计数单核细胞的相关性分别为0.9049、0.9123及0.9470;多个核细胞的相关系数分别为0.9389、0.9474及0.9460。分析数据显示,三种方法对胸、腹腔积液、脑脊液白细胞计数与分类计数效果无显著差异。结论:Sysmex XE-5000、Sysmex XN-2000i及手工法在体液白细胞计数与分类计数中的应用效果相同。
Objective: To compare application effects of Sysmex XE-5000,Sysmex XN-2000 and manual method in white blood cell count and ddifferential count of body fluids. Methods: The 67 clinical specimens of cerebrospinal fluid and pleural effusions or ascites were collected,and the white blood cell count and ddifferential count were analyzed by Sysmex XE-5000( instrument method),Sysmex XN-2000 i automatic blood cell analyzer( streaming technology-semiconductor laser instrument method) and artificial microscopic counting method( manual method). The results of the three methods were compared. Results: The correlation coefficients of WBC count were 0.9396,0.9660 and 0.9730 between Sysmex XE-5000 and manual method,between Sysmex XN-2000 i and manual method,and between Sysmex XE-5000 and Sysmex XN-2000 i. The correlation coefficients of mononuclear cells count were 0.9049,0.9123 and 0.947,and the correlation coefficients of multiple nuclei count were 0.9389,0.9474 and 0.946. The data analysis demonstrated that the three kinds of methods for detecting the WBC count and ddifferential count of cerebrospinal fluid and pleural effusions or ascites had no significant differences. Conclusions: The Sysmex XE-5000,Sysmex XN-2000 i and manual method have same application effects in the white blood cell count and ddifferential count of body fliuds.
