自拟开窍通腑汤治疗急性脑梗死疗效分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of self-made Kaiqiao Tongfudecoction on patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的:分析自拟开窍通腑汤治疗急性脑梗死疗效。方法:选取急性脑梗死患者83例,按随机数字表法分为对照组41例,观察组42例。对照组常规治疗措施,观察组在对照组的基础上联合自拟开窍通腑汤。治疗14 d后判定疗效。比较两组临床疗效、神经功能缺损、v WF、ET-1、NO及BI指数。结果:治疗后观察组有效率为85.71%,明显高于对照组的68.29%(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组神经功能缺损评分降低程度显著大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的v WF、ET-1、NO及BI指数显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟开窍通腑汤对急性脑梗死疗效确切,可明显改善神经功能缺损评分、v WF、ET-1、NO及BI指数。

Objective： To analyze curative effects of self-made Kaiqiao Tongfudecoction on acute cerebral infarction. Methods：83 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into 41 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the observation group. The control group was treated with the conventional therapy,while the observation group was treated with theself-made Kaiqiao Tongfudecoction on the basis of that of the control group. The curative effect was determined 14 days after the treatment. The clinical efficacy,neurological function defect scale score,v WF,ET-1,NO and BI index were compared between the 2 groups. Results： After the treatment,the excellent rate of the observation group was 85.71%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 68.29%（ P〈0.05）. After the treatment,the reduction of the neurological defect score of the observation group wassignificantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0.01）. After the treatment,the v WF,ET-1,NO and BI index in the observation group were significantlybetter than those in the control group（ P〈0.01）. Conclusions： The self-made Kaiqiao Tongfudecoction is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Further,it can obviously improve the neurological function defect score,v WF,ET-1,NO and BI index.
