山东省5家优抚医院养老从业人员现况调查

Present situation investigation on pension practitioner in 5 special care hospitals in Shandong province

目的:了解山东省5家优抚医院养老从业人员的现况。方法:选取优抚医院的135名养老从业人员作为研究对象,通过对26名管理人员的半结构访谈了解优抚医院养老从业人员的现况。结果:优抚医院存在养老从业人员不足、招聘困难、薪酬偏低、工作积极性及服务水平不高等问题。结论:优抚医院养老从业人员现况不容乐观。

Objective： To investigate and analyze present situations of the hospital pension practitioner of 5 special care hospitals in Shandong province. Methods： 135 hospital pension practitioner were selected as the study objects and their present situations were surveyed by semi-structured interviews of 26 managers. Results： The semi-structured interview showed the special hospitals lacked of the pension practitioners,and had difficulties in the recruitment due to lower salary,and the current practitioners were not enthusiastic and the level of service needed to be improved. Conclusions： The present situations of the hospital pension practitioners are not optimistic.
