CO_2点阵激光联合复方倍他米松对增生性瘢痕的临床疗效研究 被引量:10

The Clinical Effect of Sequential Fractional CO_2 Laser Combined with Compound Betamethasone on Hypertrophic Scar

摘要 目的探讨CO_2点阵激光联合复方倍他米松对增生性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法选取2015年2月—2016年10月于金华市中心医院因增生性瘢痕就诊的患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为处理组和对照组,各60例。处理组使用CO_2点阵激光联合复方倍他米松治疗,对照组单独使用CO_2点阵激光治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗3个月后增生性瘢痕面积和厚度、温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分,并评定两组疗效。结果治疗3个月后,处理组增生性瘢痕面积和厚度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗3个月后增生性瘢痕面积和厚度均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,处理组VSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗3个月后VSS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。处理组显效率为81.7%(49/60)高于对照组的46.7%(28/60)(χ2=15.983,P<0.001)。结论联合应用CO_2点阵激光和复方倍他米松治疗增生性瘢痕安全有效,能显著促进瘢痕的消退,值得临床应用推广。 Objective To study the clinical effect of sequential fractional CO_2 laser combined with compound betamethasone on hypertrophic scar. Methods 120 patients with hypertrophic scar in Central Hospital of Jinhua from February2015 to October 2016 were divided into treatment group and control group by random table,each of 60 cases. The treatment group was given sequential fractional CO_2 laser combined with compound betamethasone, control group was given sequential fractional CO_2 laser only. The area and thickness of hypertrophic scar,Vancouver scar scale( VSS) score and efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The area and thickness of hypertrophic scar in treatment group were lower than those in control group after three months( P < 0. 05). The area and thickness of hypertrophic scar after three months were lower than those before treatment in the two groups( P < 0. 05). The VSS score in treatment group was lower than that in control group after three months( P < 0. 05). The efficacy rate of treatment group was higher than that in control group [81. 7%( 49/60)vs. 46. 7%( 28/60), χ2= 15. 983, P < 0. 001 ]. Conclusion Sequential fractional CO_2 laser combined with compound betamethasone for the treatment of hypertrophic scar is safe and effective,which can significantly facilitate the scar fading. And it is worthy for clinical promotion.
