针灸治疗腰椎滑脱症患者临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Treatment on Lumar Spondylolisthesis

目的探讨针灸治疗腰椎滑脱症的临床疗效。方法选取2014年12月—2016年11月在青岛市海慈医疗集团住院的腰椎滑脱症患者100例,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规西医联合正骨手法治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用针灸治疗。评价两组治疗前后数字疼痛强度量表(NRS)评分和临床疗效。结果治疗后试验组NRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为92.0%(46/50),高于对照组的72.0%(36/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗腰椎滑脱症患者可能通过抑制其炎性反应,缓解疼痛,改善临床症状,促进滑脱的椎体复位,从而达到提升临床疗效的作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment on spondylolisthesis. Methods From December 2014 to November 2016,100 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis in Qingdao Haici Medical Group were divided into experimental group and control group,each of 50 cases. The control group was given routine treatment combined with manipulative therapy,and the experimental group was given acupuncture based on the routine treatment combined with manipulative therapy. The NRS and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the NRS of experimental group was lower than that in control group( P < 0. 05). The total efficacy rate of experimental group was higher than that in control group( 92. 0% vs. 72. 0%,P < 0. 05). Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis may inhibit the inflammatory response, relieve pain, improve clinical symptoms and promote the reduction of spondylolisthesis,so as to improve the effect of clinical treatment.
