摘要
目的探讨放射介入治疗在妇科恶性肿瘤中的应用效果。方法选取2012年11月—2015年5月黄冈市中心医院收治的妇科恶性肿瘤患者80例,根据治疗方法分为对照组(n=39)和观察组(n=41)。对照组患者行常规腹腔镜切除术,观察组患者行放射介入治疗联合药物化疗,比较两组患者的肿块消退情况、症状缓解情况、并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的肿块消退情况、临床症状缓解情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取放射介入治疗妇科恶性肿瘤,有助于患者肿块消退和临床症状缓解,且并发症发生率较低。
Objective To explore the application effect of international therapy in gynecologic malignancy. Methods A total of 80 patients with gynecologic malignancy were selected in Huanggang Central Hospital from November 2012 to May 2015,and they were divided into control group( n = 39) and observation group( n = 41) according to the treatment method.The patients of control group received conventional laparoscopic resection, while patients of observation group received international therapy combined with chemotherapy. The mass regression, symptomatic relief, and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The mass regression and symptomatic relief of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group( P < 0. 05). The complication rate of observation group was statistically significantly lower than that of control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Apply international therapy in the treatment of gynecologic malignancy,is helpful for the reduction of tumor mass and the remission of clinical symptoms,and the incidence of complications is low.
