Research on Fast Calculation Method of Wheel Wear Prediction

研究了目前国际上常用的基于Archard磨耗模型的车轮磨耗预测方法,针对其计算时间过长的缺陷,对车轮横移量和蠕滑率的变化规律进行了探索,通过统计分析建立了车轮磨耗快速计算模型,简化了传统的车辆动力学和滚动接触计算的计算量,大大缩短了车辆磨耗预测的计算时间.

The method of wheel wear prediction based on Archard wear model commonly used in the world was researched. Aiming at the defects of long calculation time,the change rule of creepage and lateral displacement was discovered. Based on the statistical analysis,a fast calculation model for wheel wear was established. It not only simplifies the computation load of traditional vehicle dynamics model and rolling contact but also shortens the calculation time.
