摘要
基于最新美国地铁车体设计标准ASME RT-2:2014,研究车体前部防撞柱弹塑性变形的规律.首先,确定防撞柱承受载荷的条件,根据载荷条件归纳设计、计算和试验的基本技术路线;其次,建立防撞柱弹塑性计算的有限元模型,根据载荷要求与边界条件,分析防撞柱弹塑性变形的力及位移的变化规律;最后,基于设计结构进行弹塑性试验,对比试验结果与计算分析的一致性.采用ASME RT-2 2014标准设计和研究防撞柱弹塑性问题,可为同行学者进一步进行技术研究提供参考.
Research on the elastic-plastic deformation of collision post based on ASME RT-2: 2014 standard of U. S about metro vehicle carbody design. First,according to the collision post loading conditions,determine the technical route for design,calculation and test; Secondly,the establishment of FEA calculation model of collision post,according to the load requirements and boundary conditions,study analysis of the deformation stress and displacement; Finally,based on design structure and FEA result start the elastic-plastic test,then the calculated data and the test data are compared and analyzed,a very uniformity consistent with the data. Using the latest standards for the design and research of collision post,it is the first time in the world that the research route of this paper can be used to study further.
