摘要
喉返神经损伤是甲状腺手术中最严重的并发症之一,可导致患者声音嘶哑、饮水呛咳,严重者可引起呼吸困难危及生命。喉返神经变异更容易受到损伤。本文报道1例甲状腺癌患者术中发现左侧喉返神经变异,分三支入喉,并结合既往文献复习手术中喉返神经变异情况及喉返神经损伤的常见原因和预防措施。
Recurrent laryngeal nerve injury is one of the most serious complications of thyroid surgery,which can cause hoarseness,drinking water and coughing,which can cause dyspnea and endanger life. Recurrent laryngeal nerve variation is more susceptible to injury. In this paper,one cases of thyroid cancer patients were found in the left recurrent laryngeal nerve variation,three branch into the throat,and combined with previous literature review operation variation of recurrent laryngeal nerve and recurrent laryngeal nerve injury causes and preventive measures.
