结核科护士心理健康状况调查与分析

Survey and Analysis on Psychological Health Condition of Nurses in Department of Tuberculosis

目的探讨结核科护士的心理健康状况。方法选取南京市胸科医院结核科60名在职护士为试验组和胸内科60名在职护士为对照组,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对两组护士进行调查,并与正常成年人常模进行对比分析。结果试验组总分、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执得分均高于常模(P<0.05)。试验组总分、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论从事结核科护理工作的护理人员存在较为严重的心理健康问题,特别在焦虑、敌对、恐怖及精神病性等方面更为明显。医院管理部门应采取措施,主动为其提供心理支持和帮助;应定期进行心理健康评估,对于存在的心理障碍现象要进行相应的心理疏导和心理治疗;对于突出的心理障碍问题必须提供个体化心理支持和帮助。

Objective To explore the psychological health status of nurses in department of tuberculosis. Methods60 nurses in Department of Tuberculosis,Nanjing Chest Hospital were selected as trial group,and 60 nurses in Department of Thoracic Medicine, Nanjing Chest Hospital were selected as control group. The SCL-90 was applied and the results were compared with Chinese adult norm. Results Compared with Chinese adult norm, the total score, all factors’ score except psychosis factor in trial group were higher obviously（ P 〈 0. 05）; the total score, interpersonal relationship, depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoid and psychotic factor score in trial group were higher than those in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion The nurse of department of tuberculosis have more severe mental health problems,particularly in anxiety,terror,hostility and psychoticism,etc. Measures should be taken to the hospital management department,for they provide psychological support and help; should also be regularly for their mental health assessment, to highlight the psychological barrier of corresponding psychological counseling problems and provide individualized psychological support and help.
