摘要
目的探讨7S管理模式在护理部工作现场管理质量中的应用效果。方法构建7S管理模式,运用PDCA循环进行持续质量改进,利用自制量表收集2016年1—12月自贡市第一人民医院护理部管理质量相关数据,比较2016年7月护理部引进7S理论构建标准化管理模式前后半年,护理部工作现场管理质量相关指标的变化情况。结果实施7S管理模式前护理部工作现场管理质量评分为89.2分、工作人员工作效率管理质量评分为92.4分、工作人员素养评分为88.2分、内部客服满意度评分为90.6分,实施7S管理模式后分别为98.3分、98.8分、96.4分、97.7分。结论将7S管理模式引入到护理部工作现场管理中,能够改善护理部工作环境、提升护理部工作效率、提高护理部工作人员素养及内部客服满意度,更好地为临床一线服务。
Objective To explore the application effect of 7S management mode in the management quality of nursing department. Methods 7S management model was established,and PDCA cycle was used for continuous quality improvement,and management quality-related data of nursing department in 2016 was collected by self-made scale. The changes of management quality-related indicators after the 7S standardized management was applied in July,2016 were compared. Results Before the implementation of 7S management mode,the scores of nursing work environment management quality assessment,staff work efficiency management quality assessment,staff literacy assessment,and internal customer satisfaction assessment were89. 2,92. 4,88. 2,90. 6,and after the implementation of 7S management mode were 98. 3,98. 8,96. 4,97. 7 respectively.Conclusion The application of 7S management mode in nursing departure can improve the working environment,staff working efficiency,staff literacy and customer satisfaction,so that the clinical front-line service can be better.
