摘要
临床上引流管是术后常用的一类基本措施,引流管的种类和用途也很多,可在胃肠道、腹腔、胸腔等多个部位应用,可用于切口的引流和消化液及尿液的引流。由于患者疾病及身体状况的差异,要求护士在引流管护理中认真反复查看,确保引流管的安全使用。为促进普外科护理病房中引流管护理的安全、有序进行,减少各类差错的发生,引流管护理单应运而生。在普外科护理病房中应用引流管护理单,可有效提高护理质量,减少或避免各类护理差错事故,值得临床广泛推广。
Clinical drainage tube is a common type of basic measures after surgery. It has a lot of types and application,and it can be used in gastrointestinal tract,abdominal cavity,chest cavity,and used for incision drainage,digestive solution and urine drainage. Due to the disease and physician condition difference,which requied nurses carefully to ensure safety. In order to promote the safety of drainage tube care,and reduce all kinds of errors,a single application emerged. Drainage tube nursing table in department of general surgery nursing ward,can effectively improve the quality of care,reduce or avoid all kinds of nursing accidents,and is worthy of clinical application.
