骨科封闭负压引流护理技术质量的规范化管理

Management of Orthopaedics Closed Negative Pressure Drainage in Nursing Technology Standardization

目的探讨规范化培训提高骨科护士封闭负压引流(VSD)护理技术质量的效果。方法选取石河子大学医学院第一附院骨科病区护士33名,采用骨科VSD护理技术考核评价标准规范VSD护理技术的流程和内容,分析骨科VSD护理技术存在的问题,以拍摄骨科VSD护理技术视频,制作骨科VSD护理技术思维导图,采取理论授课,播放护理技术视频,对骨科护士开展VSD护理技术培训。结果培训前后,护士评估、准备、操作程序、健康指导和其他5个方面各项指标得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范培训能提高骨科护士VSD护理技术质量。

Objective To study the effect of standardization training on improving orthopaedics closed negative pressure drainage（ VSD） in nursing technical quality. Methods 33 nurses in the First Affiliated Hospital of Medical School,Shihezi University were collected. We used orthopaedic VSD evaluation technique nursing standards to improve the process and content of VSD,and analyzed the problems of VSD. The video orthopaedic VSD nursing technology,orthopaedic VSD nursing mind mapping technology,the theory teaching,and video playback nursing technology were trained. Results The evaluation,plan,operation flow,healthy guidance and else were significant difference between before and after training（ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion The standard training can significantly improve the quality of orthopedic nurses the VSD technology.
