摘要
一个卓越的教师首先必须是一个专业化的教师,教师的专业化在很大程度上体现在课前的教学设计上。文章在分析卓越教师培养内涵的基础上,讨论了职前卓越教师培养的重心为什么是教学设计能力培养,并针对这一认识,提出了策略性建议:应紧紧围绕"教学设计知识和技术"这一核心内容进行课程体系设计、课程实施与教育评价等方面的创新。
To begin with, an excellent teacher is a professional one, whose level of specia lization largely depends on pre class instructional design. Based on the analysis of connotation of excellent teacher training, this paper discusses why pre service excellent teacher training should focus on cultivating the ability of instructional design, and then puts forward the following str ategic suggestions: making innovations in curriculum design and implementation as well as edu cational evaluation by centering on the core content of knowledge and technology of instructional design.
