摘要
心肺复苏是医学生必须掌握的重要专业实践技能。为不断改善教学质量,该教学组将PDCA循环理论应用到心肺复苏技能教学的质量控制管理之中,达到了均衡、稳步地提高学生心肺复苏技能水平的目的,并为下一步建立完整的急救技能教学质量管理体系奠定了良好基础。
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is an important specialized practical skill for med ical students to master. In order to improve the teaching quality, our teaching group has applied PDCA cycle theory to quality control and management of cardiopulmonary resuscitation skill tea ching. We have achieved the purpose of steadily improving medical students' cardiopulmonary res uscitation skills and laid a good foundation for establishing a complete teaching quality manage ment system of emergency skills.
