带压开孔设备自动化研究

Facility Automation Study of Hot Tapping Machine

文中针对常用的带压开孔设备进行改造可行性研究,通过对设备整体结构的分析,形成了一套带压开孔设备自动化改造方案,并最终制造出一套成机。改造后的设备可以减少开孔过程中对操作人员的过分依赖,并且通过异常报警等功能提高了整体操作安全性。

In this paper,the feasibility study of the commonly used hot tapping machine was carried out. Through analysis and investigation of the whole equipment,a set of automatic modification scheme for hot tapping equipment was formed,and eventually a set of machine was made. The modified equipment can reduce the excessive dependence of operating personnel in the opening process,and improve the overall operation safety through the abnormal alarm and other functions.
