埋地燃气钢质管道顶管段非开挖检验技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对埋地燃气管道穿越段顶管施工套管为水泥管两端封堵留检漏管的管段外腐蚀检测,提出对该管段利用检漏管测试气体泄漏情况,利用内窥镜插入检漏管,外观检查密封空间及管体,测试阴极保护效果,检查管道顶管入土端及采用导波检测实现对管道表面腐蚀状况的有效检测。检测结果表明,采用上述手段能够实现埋地燃气管道顶管段的检验。 For the pipeline external corrosion detection of pipe jacking construction,and the casing cement pipe at both ends of the plugging left leak detection tube in the crossing section of buried gas pipeline,this paper proposed the using of leak test tube to detect gas leakage,the using of endoscope to insert the leak test tube to inspect sealed space and body,the detection of the cathodic protection effect,the inspection of the pipe into the soil side,and the detection of the surface corrosion condition of the pipe by using the guided wave detection. The test results show that the above methods can effectively realize the inspection of the buried gas pipeline pipe jacking section.
