This paper analyzed the main causes of the formation of long distance pipeline corrosion,deep corrosion trend was calculated by comparison of the data. Protective measures were taken to deal with the corrosion problems. Effective measures were taken to repair and reinforce the corrosion part. In practical application,the effect is obvious,which greatly reduces the risk of pipeline operation.
