泄漏时间对激光检测天然气管道泄漏影响分析

摘要 激光技术是检测管道泄漏的重要手段,但泄漏扩散过程对其检测存在一定的影响。文中建立了架空天然气管道泄漏扩散模型,并且分析了不同泄漏速度下管道泄漏天然气扩散过程,研究了不同泄漏时间内其对激光检测的影响。研究结果表明:随着泄漏时间的增加,天然气会完全扩散并且趋于稳定;当中速泄漏时,泄漏时间对激光检测信号强度的影响较大。研究结果为天然气管道的安全运行和应急措施提供参考。 Laser technology is an important method of detecting natural gas pipeline leakage,but natural gas diffusion process has an obvious influence on laser detection. Overhead natural gas pipeline leakage and diffusion model was established,and natural gas pipeline leakage and diffusion process was analyzed numerically with different leakage velocity. Then different leakage time influence on laser detection was discussed. The results show that with leakage time increasing,natural gas can spread completely and tend to be stable. Leakage time have a great influence on the intensity of laser detection when natural gas pipeline was leaking at medium speed.The research results provide the basis for the safe operation of gas pipeline and emergency measures.
