摘要
文中分析了荧光寿命产生及检测原理。针对传统相位法荧光寿命检测系统结构复杂、成本高的问题,根据相调制法检测原理设计了荧光寿命检测系统,对系统整体结构和各部分电路模块原理进行了分析。调试系统后通过此系统对荧光素钠溶液的荧光寿命进行了检测,测量结果较准确。实验结果表明,此系统结构简单,降低了原有方案的成本。
The generation and detection principle of fluorescence lifetime were analyzed in this paper. In view of the complex structure and high cost of traditional fluorescence lifetime detection system,this paper designed a simple structure system according to the principle of phase-resolved method. The whole structure of the system and the principle of each part of the circuit module were introduced. The system was used to detect the fluorescence lifetime of sodium fluorescein solution and an accurate result was gotten. The experimental results show that the system is simple in structure,the cost of the original scheme is reduced.
