摘要
为实现对大型转子系统的实时监测,利用LabVIEW开发了一套监测与故障诊断系统,并提供了系统的总体设计方案和算法。系统结合转子的特性针对性地提供了一种小波包分解方案,同时改进了原有的小波阈值滤波算法。系统中加入了改进轴心轨迹不变矩分析、小波能量谱分析、支持向量机,D-S信息融合等算法并通过LabVIEW加以实现,能实现数据实时采集、波形分析和显示、数据存储、数据融合功能。实验验证了系统能准确地辨识大型转子系统的运行状况。
In order to realize the real-time monitoring of large rotor system,a monitoring and fault diagnosis system for it was developed using Lab VIEW.The overall design and algorithm flow of the system was proposed.The system provided a wavelet packet decomposition scheme based on the characteristics of the rotor itself,and improved the original wavelet threshold filtering method.The system combined the improved invariant moment of axis orbit analysis,wavelet energy spectrum analysis,support vector machine,DS information fusion etc.,and realized the functions of real-time data acquisition,waveform analysis and display,data storage and data fusion.The experiment validates that the system can identify the running state of large rotor system accurately.
