摘要
为解决系统运行不稳定、人工干预多、易黏稠挂料、受温度湿度影响大以及缺乏实用高效的非组态管理软件等问题,文中设计了一种电磁波油水液位监测系统。该系统应用电磁波油水液位测量技术测量油水液位,并结合GPRS无线通信网络,通过下位机数据采集模块、上位机非组态信息管理软件实现原油储罐油水液位的测量与管理。经过仿真数据实验、实验室虚拟环境测试和陕北油田某采油厂试点等实践环节,最终证实该系统运行稳定、测量数据精确、用户操作方便。
To solve the problems that system runs unstable,more manual intervention,easy sticky material,easily influenced by temperature or humidity,and lack of efficient non configuration management software,a new system,which composed of oil-water monitoring instrument upon electromagnetic ware,GPRS wireless communication technology,lower system of data acquisition module and upper system of non-configuration management software,measured and managed the oil-water level in crude oil tank.By simulation data,testing in laboratory virtual environment and implicating in an oil extraction station of Northern Shaanxi,the system is demonstrated running stable,measuring accuracy,operating easily and can provide the help for efficient monitor and management of the oil-water level of crude oil tank.
