摘要
利用双组份乙二醇及二乙二醇复合醇解剂对冰箱废旧聚氨酯硬泡等聚氨酯制品进行化学方法降解处理,回收再利用使得到的产物可以更好的代替多元醇进行再利用制备聚氨酯保温材料。同时,对得到的降解产物的粘度、羟值进行测定分析,从而分析出双组份醇解剂配方对硬质泡沫的降解效率,并对制得的硬质泡沫的密度、吸水率、抗压强度、导热系数、红外光谱进行测试分析,最终通过大量的实验探索出最佳的降解配方,得到性能优良的聚氨酯保温产品。
The chemical degradation method using two-component ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol compound alcoholysis agenton the refrigerator waste rigid polyurethane foam, polyurethane products, recycling of the resulting product is a better alternative to polyol reuse preparation of polyurethane insulation materials. At the same time, the value of the degradation products were determined by the viscosity and hydroxyl, so as to analyze the degradation efficiency of two-component alcoholysis agent to hard foam, and the hard foam prepared by density, water absorption, compressive strength, thermal conductivity, infrared spectrum test and analysis, finally through a lot of experiments to explore the degradation of the best formula, has good properties of polyurethane insulation products.
