ICU护理运用分层分组管理模式的探讨

Application of nursing management mode of hierarchic classification in ICU

目的:分析ICU护理运用分层分组管理模式的效果。方法:将ICU实施分层分组护理管理模式前收治的150例患者作为对照组,将ICU实施分层分组护理管理模式后收治的150例患者作为观察组,对比2组患者在被实施护理过程中的基础护理、专科护理、护理文件书写所得分,以及护理中对2组患者的护理操作合格率、抢救成功率、患者家属满意率。结果:观察组患者的基础护理、专科护理、护理文件书写质量与对照组相比均有提高(P<0.05);护理中观察组患者的护理操作合格率、抢救成功率、患者家属满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ICU护理运用分层分组管理模式能够提高护理管理效率,最大程度地保障治疗护理安全性,有效提高护理质量。

Objective： To analyze the efficacy of nursing management mode of hierarchical classification in ICU. Methods：150 patients admitted before the implementation of nursing management mode of hierarchic classification in ICU were enrolled ascontrol group,and 150 patients admitted after the implementation of this mode in ICUwere enrolled as the observation group. Thescores of basic nursing, special nursing and nursing document writing were compared bet^veen the two groups as well as the qualified rate of nursing operation,rescue success rate and the satisfaction rate of patients familiality. Results： The quality of basic nursing,special nursing and nursing document writing in the observation group was significantly improved compared with that of thecontrol group （P 〈 0. 05 ）; the qualified rate of nursing operation, rescue success rate and the satisfaction rate of patient＇s familiality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Using the nursing management mode of hierarchical classification in ICU can improve the efficiency of nursing management, ensure the safety oftreatment and nursing to the maximum extent,and effectively improve the quality of nursing.
