摘要
本文应用正电子湮灭多普勒增宽测量技术研究了深冲钢板在单向拉伸、平面应变和等双向拉伸变形条件下的位错密度变化规律。结果表明:当等效应变从0.02增加到0.82时,位错密度从2.0×10~9 cm^(-2)增加到5.34×10^(11)cm^(-2),当变形路径不同时,位误密度的增长速度也不同。
The variation of dislocation densities in deep drawing sheet steel during deformation paths of uniaxial tension, plane strain and equal biaxial stretching was studied using Dapple positron annihilation broad ening technique. The results show that the dislocation densities increase from 2.0×109 cm-2 to 5.3×1011 cm-2 when the equivalent strain increases from 0.02 to 0.82. The increasing rate of dislocation density is different depending on the deformation paths.
