医用弹力袜对妇科肿瘤盆腔术后患者下肢深静脉血栓的影响

Effect of medical elastic stockings in prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients with gynecological tumor after operation

目的探讨医用弹力袜以及不同长度梯度弹力袜在预防妇科肿瘤盆腔术后患者下肢深静脉血栓发生中的应用价值。方法选取90例妇科肿瘤手术治疗患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组、观察A组、观察B组各30例,患者术后均接受常规下肢深静脉血栓预防方法,观察A组术后当天开始穿短筒梯度医用弹力袜,观察B组则选择长筒梯度弹力袜。结果观察A组、B组深静脉血栓发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),但观察A组、B组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组术后下肢疼痛程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察A、B组双侧大腿、小腿周径差值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医用弹力袜可有效预防妇科肿瘤盆腔术后下肢深静脉血栓,不同长度梯度弹力袜效果接近,但长筒梯度弹力袜对舒适度以及生活质量等方面存在一定程度影响。

Objective To investigate the application value of medical elastic stockings anddifferent length gradient elastic stockings in the prevention of deep venous thrombafter gynecological pelvic surgery. Methods A total of 9 0 gynecological tumor surgery patients in ourhospital were as the research o bje c ts , and were randomly divided into control grou p , observation A group , and observation B group , with 3 0 cases in each group. A l l thdeep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. The patients of the observation A group wear short medicalelastic stockings , while observation B group chose elastic stockings legs gradient. Results The obser-vation group A and group B had lower limb deep vein thrombosis than the control group （ P 〈 0 . 0 5 ） ,but there was no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 0 5 ） ; The lower limb pain of three groups showed no sig-nificant difference in pain degree , and no significant difference was seen groups in bilateral thigh , cal f circumference difference , but were significantly lower than that in thecontrol group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Medical elastic stockings can effectively prevent the risk oflower extremity deep venous thrombosis after gynecological p elvic tumor surgery based on ventive measures , and the effect of different length of gradient elastic stockings is dient elastic stockings is more comfortable and there is a certain degree of influence life of patients.
