新型农业经营主体是农业供给侧改革推进的主要载体,是农业结构调整、家庭经营向集约化方向转变的骨干力量。新型农业经营主体在实现适度规模化经营的基础上,为实现初级农产品供给,农产品由中低端向中高端转变,绿色优质农产品供给方面起到了引导及带头作用。通过降低农产品供给成本,市场机制自动调节的作用,调整农产品结构失衡。政府做好规划与引导作用,加大对新型农业经营主体的政策及法律支持,完善各经营主体的利益联动机制,实现农产品结构调整。

The new types of agricultural operators are the main carrier of the agricultural supply-side reform,who are the backbone force of agricultural structural adjustment and the transformation of family management to intensive direction. The new types of agricultural operators have played a guiding and leading role in realizing the supply of agricultural primary products, in transferring agricultural products from low-end to high-end shift, and supplying green quality agricultural products on the basis of the moderate scale management. The market mechanism automatically adjusts the imbalance of agricultural market by reducing the supply cost of agricultural products. The government will make good planning and play a guiding role, increase the policy and legal support for the new types of agricultural operators, improve the mechanism of interest linkage between the various operators to realize the adjustment of agricultural product structure.
