摘要
教学团队建设是高等院校进行人才培养模式改革的人力保证。本文首先对教学团队的内涵进行解析,提出结构双元性、职责多重性、行为复合性、发展协同性四大组织特征。在此基础上,进一步综述目前高校的教学团队的分类。最后,分析了目前教学团队建设中普遍存在的共性问题,并结合实际建设经验,提出了高校教学团队建设的策略,为其他高等院校进行教学团队建设提供借鉴。
The construction of teaching team provided the manpower resource for reforming personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges. Firstly, the connotation of teaching team was analyzed, and organization character was summarized, such as duality of structure, multi-dimension, compound behavior and development in coordination. On this basis, the classification of the teaching team in higher vocational colleges was also presented. Finally, according to actual construction experience, the common problems in the construction of teaching team were developed and the measures were put forwarded. It can be used for reference for other higher vocational colleges.
