城市特色资源是城市核心竞争力的重要依托。当前济南城市发展中突出泉水保护,对于提升城市魅力、促进城市发展、塑造城市形象、实现生态发展具有现实价值。因此,应该客观看待泉水保护面临的制度机制不完善、资源利用率低、文化弘扬不够、科学研究不足等问题,坚持顶层设计与整体谋划,推进泉水相关产业发展,弘扬泉水文化,完善科学管理机制。

So, we should objectively analyze the Constraints of the Spring Protection, and it is particularly important to promote the development of springrelated industries, promote the spring culture, improve the scientific management mechanism.
