社会主义核心价值观视阈下校训文化构建研究

Research on the Construction of University Motto Culture in View of Core Socialist Values

党的十八大提出"富强、民主、文明、和谐、自由、平等、公正、法治、爱国、敬业、诚信、友善"的二十四字社会主义核心价值观,分别是对国家、社会和公民三个层面倡导价值目标、价值取向、价值准则高度概括和集中凝练。社会主义核心价值观作为社会主义核心价值体系的核心和最根本要求,是我们党在新时期凝聚全党、全社会价值内涵和价值判断,同时还是社会主义精神文明建设和国家"五位一体"文化建设的重要组成部分。高校校训文化作为大学文化建设的重要组成部分,与校史文化、校情文化等因素共同影响学校的校风、学风和教风。校训文化依附于学校这个载体,并通过学校载体来反映和传播各种社会价值导向,这种价值导向反映着学校的特点、面貌和个性等。校训文化是时代精神在学校的反映,是社会主义学校办学方向和指导思想在长期发展过程中所形成的一种群体意识的体现。高校校训文化建设与社会主义核心价值观培育和践行密切联系,宏观方面,二者都属于上层建筑概念范畴;微观方面,高校校训文化构建是以社会主义核心价值观为统领,紧紧把握时代脉搏并与时俱进,找到二者之间的契合度和一致性的过程。

Brought forward by the 18 th Party Congress, 24 words of core socialist values, namely,＂prosperity, democracy, civility, harmony, freedom, equality, justice, rule of law, patriotism,dedication, integrity and friendship,＂ are high-level overview and condensed summary of the value objectives, value orientation, and value criteria advocated by our party in the three layers of nation,society, and citizen. As the core and the most fundamental requirements of socialist core value system,core socialist values, on one hand, serve as the value proposition and value judgment of our party to unite the whole party and society in the new epoch; on the other hand, are vital components of socialist spiritual civilization and national ＂five-in-one＂ cultural construction. As the part and parcel of university cultural construction, university motto culture, together with the culture of university history and condition, jointly influence the ethos, learning atmosphere, and teaching style of the university. Attaching to university as its vehicle, motto culture reflects and spreads a variety of social value orientations via university itself;meanwhile, motto culture mirrors the characteristics, features, and individuality of the university. Motto culture is a reflection of the zeitgeist, embodying the collective consciousness of a socialist orientation andguiding ideology for running education in the long course of development. Construction of university motto culture maintains a close relationship with the cultivation and practice of core socialist values： From a macro perspective, both belong to the domain of superstructure; from a micro perspective, construction of university motto culture follows the lead of core socialist values, and they form a compatible pair in fingering on the pulse of the times and advancing with the times.
