社会转型期外来务工子女德育环境的调查研究——以丽水市三胞树人小学为例

An Investigation On The Moral Education Environment of Migrant Children In The Period Of Social Transformation——A Case Study Of Lishui San Bao Primary School

随着城市化进程的发展,外来务工人员随迁子女的教育愈发引起社会广大关注,本研究以丽水市莲都区一所典型外来务工子女学校为例,基于学校、家庭、社区的三维视角展开调查,研究外来务工子女德育环境的现状和特征,分析这一特殊群体道德发展存在的问题和面临的困难,提出了增强家庭德育意识,改善家庭德育方式,提高家庭德育能力;明确学校德育主阵地,创新校园德育方式,浓郁校园德育氛围;加速社区环境治理,整合社会各方资源,增加社区德育投入的对策。

With the development of urbanization process, the education of migrant workers＇ children is increasingly caused by the society. This study takes a typical migrant children＇s school in Liandu District of Lishui City as an example. Based on the school, family and community, This paper analyzes the current situation, characteristics of the moral education environment of migrant children and existing problems and difficulties in the development of the special group morality. it puts forward the suggestions of strengthening the family moral consciousness, improving the family moral education mode and ability. It produces such an effect,Clearing the school moral education main position, innovating campus moral education, enriching the campus moral atmosphere; accelerating community environmental governance, integration of social resources and increaseing the community moral education investment countermeasures.
