含H_2S气井钻井作业多因素模糊识别及定量计算的风险评价方法 被引量:2

摘要 含H_2S气井的溢流、井喷等事故会对人员、装备及周边环境造成严重影响,现有的含H_2S气井钻井过程安全风险评价方法存在考虑因素不够全面、分类方法不够系统等问题。为此,结合地质力学、地质构造、工程设计参数、腐蚀与H_2S溢出等安全作业影响因素,并考虑以上因素发生的概率及影响程度,建立了钻井作业安全风险的多因素模糊识别优化及定量计算的方法,最后利用该方法开展了现场实例应用,定量计算了实例井的钻井安全综合风险。结果表明:该方法风险评价结果与实际情况相符,可以用于含H_2S气井钻井作业安全风险评价,评价结果有助于指导安全高效钻井作业。 The overflow and blowout accidents of gas well containing H_2S will cause serious influence on the personnel,equipments and surrounding environment,and the current risk assessment methods on the drilling safety of gas well containing H_2S have the problems that the considering factors are not comprehensive enough and the classification methods are not systematic enough. Therefore,a multifactor fuzzy identification optimization and quantitative calculation method of the drilling safety risk was established by combining with the influence factors of safety operation such as the geological mechanics,geological structure,engineering design parameters,corrosion,H_2S spillover and other factors,with considering the occurrence probability and influence degree of the above factors,then the field case application was carried out by using this method,and the comprehensive risk of drilling safety for a practical well was calculated quantitatively. The results showed that the risk assessment results of this method was consistent with the practical situation,so this method can be applied in the risk assessment on drilling safety of gas well containing H_2S,and the assessment results contribute to guide the safe and efficient drilling operation.
