台湾中小学教师班级经营专业知能培训发展与借鉴

摘要 台湾教育改革以来,实行多元化师资培育,为了培育具有高素质的师资,十分重视教师的专业知能的提高,以班级经营为核心的专业知能成为中小学教师专业培养一项重要内容,台湾各师资机构对中小学教师提升班级经营知能方面采取各项因应措施,给大陆地区教师专业培养改革与发展提供参考和借鉴。 Since Taiwan's education reform,the diversified teacher training has been carried out.In order to foster high quality teachers,great importance is attached to the improvement of teachers' professional knowledge.Professional knowledge focused on class management can become an important content in primary and secondary school teachers' professional training.Teachers' institutions in Taiwan can take various measures to improve class management knowledge.This provides reference for the reform and development of teachers' professional training in China's Mainland.
