供应链金融、供应链能力与竞争绩效——基于多案例的研究

Supply Chain Finance,Supply Chain Capability and Competitive Performance:A Multi-case Study

供应链金融作为解决中小企业融资困难的一种创新方式,在实践中呈现出金融与产业逐渐融合的趋势。相比由商业银行主导的模式,由供应链核心企业主导的融资模式主要以供应链管理需求为出发点,与供应链运营过程中的流程及要素结合更加紧密,从而更能够满足供应链上中小企业和供应链的发展需求。本研究通过对华南地区4家供应链核心企业所开展的供应链金融活动进行多案例分析,发现:供应链核心企业是在对供应链中物流和商流进行管理、协调与统筹基础上为对供应链上中小企业提供融资的;供应链融资模式能够促进中小企业的物流分销能力与需求管理能力的提升,使供应链整体实现交易成本的下降、运作效率以及价值的提升,获得更高的竞争绩效。

Supply chain finance is an innovation for solving financing problems of small and medi-um-sized enterprises （SMEs） and presents a trend that finance gradually blends into industrial en-vironment. Compared with supply chain finance modes which are conducted by commercial banks, those conducted by core enterprises mainly start from supply chain management needs. These modes will combine closely with processes and elements in a supply chain, so as to meet the development demand of SMEs and supply chain as a whole. This paper presents a multi-case study focusing on 4 core enterprises from Southern China and their supply chain finance practices. By managing,coordinating and overall planning for logistics and transaction flows, the core en-terprises provide supply chain finance modes for SMEs, which will help SMEs gain logistics dis-tribution and demand management capabilities？and the overall supply chain will get lower trans-action cost, higher operation efficiency and more customer value.
