关于预应力管桩“耐打”问题的探讨

Discussion on the Problem of "Impact Resistance" of Prestressed Pipe Pile

重点论述预应力管桩"耐打"问题的影响因素以及应对措施。结合工程现场实际案例和数据,分析了预应力管桩在锤击沉桩过程中出现桩身破坏和断桩的原因,并提出了施工中可以提高管桩耐打性的技术措施,特别是停锤标准设计问题,值得同行予以重视,并列举了出现较多坏桩、断桩后的补救(补桩)措施。

This paper mainly discusses the influencing factors for the problem of ＂impact resistance＂ of prestressed pipe pile and the countermeasures. Based on the actual cases and data, this paper analyzes the reasons of the problem existing in the process of hammer sinking pile of prestressed pipe pile, and the problem are pile body breaking and broken pile, and puts forward the technical measures to improve the pile＇s ability of impact resistance, especially for the stander design of stopping hammer, it should be paid more attentions. Paper also lists the measures of maintaining the broken pile and the bad pile.
