摘要
对于以运输资源为主的重载交通沥青路面,目前存在的主要问题为车辙,尤其是纵坡在2.5%以上的大纵坡路段,维修费用高并严重影响路面的耐久性、行车安全性和舒适性。基于此,针对S244线乌海渡口村—苦水沟(蒙宁界)段公路重载交通沥青路面,应优化沥青混合料的低温性能、抗疲劳性能和高温性能的技术指标,铺筑夏季高温期强度高、不变形,冬季严寒期韧性好、不开裂,经久耐用的沥青路面,并探讨使用抗车辙剂的技术。
To heavy traffic asphalt pavement for transport resources, the main problem at present is the rutting, especially the longitudinal slope of more than 2.5% large longitudinal slope section, it has high maintenance costs and seriously affects the pavement durability, safety and comfort of driving. Based on this, according to the Wumei Dukou Village to Kushuigou(Meng Ning Juction) section of S244 highway heavy traffic asphalt pavement, we should optimize the technology index of low temperature performance, anti fatigue performance and high temperature performance of asphalt mixture, and pave the asphalt pavement which has high strength and no deformation in hot summer and has good toughness and no crack in cold winter, this pavement is a long-lived asphalt pavement. Then we also need discuss the technology of using anti rutting agent.
