摘要
成本控制是项目管理的重要内容之一,贯穿于整个项目管理过程中,并直接关系项目的盈利水平。论文以老挝某EPC水电工程的成本控制为例,讨论了人力资源管理、重要材料水泥的进口管理和混凝土浇筑施工管理,对类似项目的执行有一定的借鉴意义。
Cost control is an important part of project management, existing in the whole process of project management and influencing the final profit level. This thesis talks about the management of human resource, import of important material cement and concrete placing, based on the cost control of an EPC hydropower project in Laos, which can be taken as reference for similar projects.
