负压封闭引流技术的护理进展

Nursing progress of negative pressure dosed drainage technique

近年来国内外诸多学者将负压封闭引流技术应用于各种急慢性复杂创面的治疗或促进移植皮肤的成活方面取得了良好的效果。本研究参考国内外文献对该技术的使用方法、选材、负压值的选择以及护理要点做一综述，以期为进一步研究提供依据。

In recent years, many scholars at home and abroad have applied negative pressure closed drainage technology to treat acute and chronic complex wound or to promote the survival of transplanted skin, and achieved good results. This paper reviewed the domestic and foreign literatures, and reviewed the methods, material selection, negative pressure value and the main points of nursing, in order to provide the basis for further study.
