摘要
目的比较前列腺癌(PCa)和前列腺增生(BPH)患者及健康体检者外周血中Th17细胞、Treg细胞的表达差异,初步探讨PCa发生的免疫学机制。方法收集本院泌尿外科2014年1月-2016年12月收治的PCa患者45例(PCa组),42例同期BPH患者为BPH组,另选取同期32例健康体检者为对照组。采用Facs CantoⅡ流式细胞仪检测3组对象外周血Th17细胞和Treg细胞比例,分析PCa患者血清T-PSA与Treg细胞、Th17细胞相关性。结果与对照组及BPH组相比,PCa组外周血中Treg、Th2均明显升高,而Th1细胞、Th17细胞比例均下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);PCa患者外周血浆T-PSA与调节T细胞比例呈正相关(r=0.78,P<0.05),与Th17细胞呈负相关(r=-0.63,P<0.05)。结论 Th17、Treg细胞可能参与PCa发生发展的病理过程,Th17/Treg细胞检测有助于PCa的早期诊断。
Objective To compare the expressions of Th17 cells and Treg cells in peripheral blood of patients with prostate cancer( PCa) and benign prostatic hyperplasia( BPH) and healthy subjects,and to explore the immunological mechanism of PCa. Methods 45 patients with PCa were collected from our department from January 2014 to December 2016 as the PCa group,42 patients with BPH were collected as the BPH group,and 32 healthy subjects were enrolled in the control group. The percentage of Th17 cells/Treg cells in peripheral blood of patients among the 3 groups were measured by Facs Canto Ⅱ flow cytometry,and the correlation of serum T-PSA with Treg cells and Th17 cells in PCa patients. Results Compared with the control group and BPH group,the levels of Treg and Th2 in peripheral blood of PCa patients were significantly higher,and the percentage of Th1 cells and Th17 cells decreased significantly,with the differences statistically significant( P〈 0. 05). There was a positive correlation between T-PSA and T cell ratio( r = 0. 78,P 〈0. 05),and negatively correlated with Th17 cells( r =-0. 63,P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Th17 and Treg cells may be involved in the development of PCa. The pathologic study of Th17/Treg cells was helpful in the early diagnosis of PCa.
