目的:对比分析我院麻醉药品的使用情况。方法:对我院2010、2011年和2015、2016年麻醉药品使用的数量、金额、DDDS、DDC进行对比和分析。结果:我院麻醉药品品种越来越多,方便医生选药;强阿片类药物在使用中占的比例大;其中2016年口服剂型的数量又比注射剂多;盐酸哌替啶的使用比例逐渐减小。结论:通过前后五年的使用情况对比,我院麻醉药品使用趋势是合理的,使用情况基本符合要求。

Objective：To compare and analyze the use of narcotic drugs in our hospital. Methods： The number, amount, DDDS and DDC of Narcotic drugs used in our hospital in 2010, 2011 and 2015, 2016 were compared and analyzed. Results： There are more and more kinds of narcotics in our hospital, which is convenient for doctors to choose medicine; Strong opioids account for a large proportion of the use of opioids; Among them, the number of oral dosage forms in 2016 was more than that of injection. The proportion of pethidine hydrochloride decreased gradually. Conclusion： Through the use of five years before and after the contrast, the trend of the use of narcotics in our hospital is reasonable, the use of the basic requirements.
