Constructing Mobile Application of Grid Services Based on the Concept of Business and Maintenance Integration

网格服务在面对面服务、建立互信、发掘需求、实现销售等方面具备天然的营销优势,因此,建设营维一体化的网格服务移动应用(APP)成为必然要求。本次建设的移动应用是利用移动通讯与互联网技术,结合"营维一体"理念,建成一个综合性、一站式的业务支撑平台。结合对当前实际工作中问题的分析,详细阐述系统的建设原则、网络架构和技术架构,并对各功能模块作了简要介绍。

Grid service possesses natural marketing advantages in face-to-face service, mutual trust building, exploration of demand, and realization of sales, etc. Therefore, it is an inevitable requirement to build a grid service mobile application （APP） integrating operation and maintenance. This mobile application is a compre- hensive, one-stop business support platform applying mobile communications and Internet technology, and combined with business and maintenance integration concept. With analyzing the current problems in the actu- al work, the system construction principle, network architecture and technology architecture are described in detail, and the function modules are briefly introduced.
