摘要
在"三网融合"充分竞争的背景下,离网用户增加,业务推广受阻,人员思想波动,转型升级乏力,是广电网络运营商面临的共性问题。结合近年来的工作探索和实践,就如何坚持问题导向,以改革创新来打破固有的管理模式和运行机制,提升企业的经营活力和管理效能,打造发展内生动力,进行了分析论述。
In the context of the full competition of "triple play", the number of off-line users are increased and the service promotion is blocked. As a result, personnel ideals fluctuate and the transformation and upgrading are weak. These are common problems faced by the radio and television network operators. This paper com- bines the author~ work, exploration, and practice in recent years. The author conducted an analysis on the topics of how to adhere to the problem-oriented principle to break the inherent management model through re- form and innovation, establish operational mechanism to enhance business vitality and management efficiency, and develop endogenous power.
