以高标清同播技术为写作对象,首先分别从采购环节、制作环节、播出环节介绍高标清同播技术建设策略;接着分析高标清同播节目制作工艺策略;最后,分别从符形变化策略、图文包装制作策略、特技制作策略和质量制作策略4个角度阐述高标清同播技术管理策略,共同推动高标清同播技术发展。

With high-definition simulcast technology as the object, firstly, this article introduces the construction strategy of high-definition simulcast technology from the aspects of procurement, production and broadcasting re- spectively. Secondly, the strategy of HD and SD simulcast programming is analyzed. Finally, it expounds the HD and SD simulcast management from the perspectives of shape change, graphic packaging production, stunt production and quality production strategies to jointly promote the HD and SD simulcast technology.
