2013―2015年全国31省份阿卡波糖用药情况分析

Analysis of acarbose used in 31 provinces during 2013―2015 in China

目的 :对全国31省份基本医疗保险门诊患者阿卡波糖的实际使用情况进行分析,为糖尿病患者临床用药提供数据参考。方法:分别按年度、经济区域、医疗机构级别对我国31省份的千余家医院2013―2015年间,基本医疗保险门诊2型糖尿病患者使用阿卡波糖的相关抽样数据进行统计分析。结果:按经济区域划分,2013―2015年总销售金额及用药频次的排序分别是东部地区、西部地区、中部地区、东北地区,次均费用排序分别是西部地区、中部地区、东部地区、东北地区。按医院级别划分,2013―2015年的总销售金额和用药频次的排序分别是一级及以下医院、三级医院、二级医院。三级医院2013―2015年的次均费用最高,二级医院及一级医院次均费用相差不大。结论:不同经济区域、不同级别医疗机构阿卡波糖的使用情况略有差异。

Objective：To offer reference for clinical medication of diabetics by analyzing the actual use of acarbose among outpatients included in basic medical insurance in 31 provinces.Methods：The use of acarbose among type 2 diabetic outpatients in basic medical insurance among more than one thousand hospitals across 31 provinces during 2013 and 2015 were included and analyzed based on year,economic region and hospital level.Results：In terms of economic regions,the total sales volume and drug use frequency ranked as follows：eastern regions,western regions,central regions and northeastern regions.As to fees per time,western regions rank first,followed by central regions,eastern regions and northeastern regions.As far as hospital level,the total sales volume and drug use frequency between 2013 and 2015 ranked as follows：hospitals of first level and below,third-level hospitals and second-level hospitals.As to fees per time between 2013 and 2015,the data of third-level hospitals was the highest,and there was little difference between the first-level and secondlevel hospitals.Conclusion：The use of acarbose varies slightly among different economic regions and hospitals in different levels.
