Following the Rules of TCM Development and Promoting the Sound Progress of TCM Residency Training Program

目的分析目前中医规培存在的问题并提出对策。方法对中医规培现状进行分析,找出其中的不足,同时针对这些不足提出改进对策。结果目前中医规培中出现的问题主要有缺乏中医特色,对规范化培训评估工作不足。结论遵循中医药教育和人才培养的自身规律与特殊性,对以上问题进行针对性改进,形成突出中医特点的培训模式和培训标准,让中医规培工作取得更好的效果。

Objective To analyze the problems and countermeasures of TCM residency training. Methods In the way of status analysis TCM residency training, we found out the deficiency and improvement countermeasures at the same time. Results The problems in TCM residency training mainly are short of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics, insufficient for standardization training evaluation standard. Conclusion Following the principle of Chinese medicine education and cultivation of talents and particularity, targeting improvements to the above problems, forming the outstanding characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine standard of training mode and training, the TCM residency training has achieved better results.
