摘要
本文主要讲述室女鬼胎的证治方药。鬼胎以妇人"渐渐腹大,经水不行,腹似怀妊,终年不生"为特征。傅氏治疗鬼胎的主方有五则,本章节三方是荡邪散、调正汤、桂香平胃散。荡邪散破血散结、荡秽驱邪,为去菀陈莝之法。调正汤健脾益胃,燥湿化浊,用于荡邪散攻下鬼胎后,以本方健运脾胃、恢复正气。桂香平胃散辛香祛秽,温散寒瘀,主治寒湿瘀血留滞下焦所致的鬼胎。
This characterized by article mainly delt with the treatment of pseudocyesis of bachelorette. The pseudocyesis of bachelorette is the growing belly of the womb, it is pregnant, and there are no neonates＂ . There are five main recipes in Fu＇s treatment. The three of them are Dangxie powder, Tiaozheng decoction and Guixiang Pingwei powder. Dangxie breaks blood and dissipate stasis. Tiaozheng decoction is invigorating and nourishing the stomach, and restores the integrity of the spleen and stomach. Guixiang Pingwei powder deals with pseudocyesis of baehelorette of cold dampness blood stasis retention in lower Jiao.
