全真一气汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的观察全真一气汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺肾气虚证的临床疗效。方法选取住院部治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺肾气虚证患者64例,将其随机平均分为2组,对照组患者给予常规治疗,治疗组患者在给予常规治疗的基础上加入全真一气汤,2组疗程均为2周。观察2组患者临床治疗效果、肺功能指标(FEV1/FVC和FEV1%预计值)以及血气分析指标(PaO_2和PaCO_2)的改善情况,并用SPSS 20.0对所得数据进行分析。结果治疗后,治疗组的临床治疗效果总有效率、FEV1/FVC和FEV1%预计值、PaO_2和PaCO_2均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺肾气虚证患者的临床治疗中,应用全真一气汤,有助于治疗效果的提高,值得在临床上应用推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Quanzhen Yiqi decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of lung qi deficiency. Methods 64 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of lung and kidney deficiency syndrome were selected. They were randomly divided into control group which was given conventional treatment and treatment group,which was given Quanzhen Yiqi decoction on the basis of routine treatment. The treatment lasted 2 weeks. The clinical effect,pulmonary function index（ FEV1/FVC and FEV1% predictive value） and blood gas analysis index（ PaO2 and PaCO2） were observed in the two groups, and the data were analyzed by SPSS 20. Results After treatment, the clinical effect, total effective rate,FEV1/FVC and FEV1% predictive value, PaO2 and PaCO2 in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant（ P〈0.05）, which was statistically significant. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of lung and kidney deficiency syndrome, the application of Quanzhen Yiqi decoction helps to improve the therapeutic effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
