养血化斑汤治疗斑块型银屑病血燥证的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Yangxue Huaban Decoction in the Treatment of Plaque Psoriasis with Blood Dryness Syndrome

目的探讨养血化斑汤治疗斑块型银屑病血燥证的临床效果。方法将收治的71例斑块型银屑病血燥证患者根据随机综合序贯法分组,对照组(n=35)患者采用消银胶囊治疗,观察组(n=36)患者予以养血化斑汤治疗,对比2组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率、银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分及中医症状评分、血清肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ(TNF-ɑ)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF水平)均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养血化斑汤治疗斑块型银屑病血燥证的临床效果确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yangxue Huaban decoction in the treatment of plaque psoriasis with blood dryness syndrome. Methods 71 patients with plaque psoriasis blood dryness syndrome in our hospital were randomly grouped according to comprehensive sequential method. The control group（ n=35） was treated with Xiaoyin capsule. The observation group（ n =36） was treated with Yangxue Huaban decoction. The curative effect was compared. Results The total effective rate, PASI（ psoriasis area and severity index） score, TCM symptom score, serum TNF-（ tumor necrosis factor alpha（ VEGF）, the level of vascular endothelial growth factor of the observation group was significantly better than the that of the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yangxue Huaban decoction in the treatment of plaque psoriasis with blood dryness syndrome has significantly clinical effect, and is worthy of promotion.
