摘要
目的探讨杨氏埋线针刀以寰椎横突尖为坐标刺入迷走神经后侧术式的安全角度及深度。方法采用CT平扫技术以右侧寰椎横突尖为坐标,研究正常人寰椎横突尖与迷走神经、乳突、茎突、椎动脉、颈静脉、颈内动脉的距离。结果寰椎横突尖是相对固定的体表骨性标志,与周围组织结构有恒定的解剖关系。结论以寰椎横突尖为穿刺点,通过设计合理的进针角度和刺入深度,可以到达迷走神经后侧。
Objective To explore the safety angle and depth of the posterior approach of the vagus nerves with the coordinates of the apex of transverse process of atlas. Methods The CT plain scan technique was used to measure the distance between apex of transverse process of atlas and vagus nerves, mastoid process, styloid process, vertebral artery, jugular vein and internal carotid artery. Results The apex of transverse process of atlas is a relatively fixed bony landmark of the body surface, and there is a constant anatomic relationship with the surrounding tissue. Conclusion The apex of transverse process of atlas can be used as the puncture point to reach the posterior side of the vagus nerveswith reasonable needle angle and depth.
